24S offers Standard and Express shipping, with Standard shipping available only for select European countries, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, and the United Kingdom.

Express shipping is available for countries inside and outside the European Union. For shipping to countries outside the European Union, Express shipping is the only available shipping method.

Shipping Duration and Charges

The shipping charge and the estimated delivery duration for an order are calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the country to which the order is shipping. The table below provides the shipping charges and estimated delivery durations for shipping to the UK and the USA.

The company delivers Monday through Friday, excluding local public holidays. Express orders must be placed by 4.30 pm from Monday through Friday for next business day delivery between 9 am and 6 pm. Express deliveries outside the EU may take one additional business day.

Shipping Destinations

24S ships orders to several countries worldwide, including the USA, the UK, and European Union countries, among many others.

However, the company does not ship to P.O. boxes and cannot ship certain items to select countries due to local shipping restrictions of those countries.

Free Shipping

24S offers free Standard shipping for orders over €200 shipping to European Union countries, Norway, Switzerland, the UK, and the US. The company offers free Express shipping for orders over €300 shipping to countries outside the European Union.

La Carte 24 Sèvres Initié members enjoy free Standard shipping on all orders shipping to the UK, Norway, Switzerland, and EU countries, except Cyprus, France, and Malta, and free Express shipping for all orders shipping to France and all countries outside the EU.

La Carte 24 Sèvres Privilégié members enjoy free Express shipping on all orders shipping to the UK, Switzerland, Norway, France, countries outside the EU, and EU countries, excluding Cyprus and Malta.
