ABC Carpet & Home Shipping Policy
Shipping Options
ABC Carpet & Home requires customers to accept and/or arrange delivery/pick-up/installation of ordered items within 14 days of their availability. ABC’s delivery services do not include unpacking orders, removing packages, or assembling/installing the items.
Shipping Durations
The estimated delivery duration for an order depends on the delivery address and the selected delivery service for that order. Customers can reschedule a delivery date by giving the company at least 48 hours prior notice.
Shipping Charges
The delivery charge for an order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping address and the delivery services available for that order.
There is no additional charge for the delivery of products up to the first two flights of stairs. Deliveries to any additional flights of stairs will incur an additional charge of $35 per item per flight of stairs and customers will need to pay any such additional fees before delivery.
Customers will also be charged an additional fee equal to the original delivery fee if they do not or are unable to accept the scheduled delivery of their orders.
