Shipping Methods
Aosom only ships within the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America via FedEx, UPS, and USPS shipping carriers. All orders are shipped from either the warehouses located in Oregon or from the Tennessee warehouse via standard shipping only. Expedited shipping is not available and Aosom doesn't ship or deliver outside of the 48 states like Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or US Protectorates. All shipment is subject to tracking and some shipments require a signature upon delivery depending on the price, weight, and type of the product.
Shipping Charges and Estimated Delivery
Aosom offers free shipping on all orders if the delivery address is located within the United States. Once an order is processed and dispatched from the warehouse, the average estimated time of arrival for the order is 2 business days.

How can I redeem an Aosom discount code?
First, visit the online store of Aosom and choose a product you want to purchase.
Choose the quantity and click the “Add to Cart” button to add the product to your shopping cart.
Go to the shopping cart icon you see on the top-right corner of the page and click on the “View Cart” button. This will take you to the shopping cart page.
Enter your discount code on the specified field as shown in the screenshot above when you’re on the shopping cart page.
Hit the “Apply” button to redeem the code.
Why is my Aosom discount or promo code not working?
- Check for the expiry date of the promo code and apply only if the code is still valid.
- Limited-time sales items cannot be combined with any coupons or other discounts.
- Only the correct promo codes can be redeemed, so check whether you have entered the promo code correctly on the shopping cart page.
- Do not forget to check the terms of conditions of the promo code. There might be some exclusions and you can’t apply them on products that are excluded from the promo code redemption.
- If your promo code is case-sensitive, enter the correct case order to redeem.
- You can only apply one promo code or coupon per order. So, do not try to redeem multiple codes at one go.
