Delivery Options

At Home offers free in-store pick-up, curbside pick-up, and local store delivery offers. Certain At Home stores may even provide Standard shipping to select locations and local delivery via an independent third-party delivery service.

Only select items are available for the Buy Online, Pick Up Curbside or In-Store option. Some items are only available in stores and cannot be purchased online. The available pickup or delivery options for each item will be listed on the product page.

To pick up in-store or curbside, you will need to provide a photo ID and the order number or the barcode from the confirmation email.

Delivery Duration

Once an item is ready for pick-up, the customer will receive a “Ready for Pickup” email and will have up to 4 days once the email is received to pick up the order. For deliveries, the time will depend on the availability of the items, dimensions of the items, delivery location, and the third-party delivery partner.

Delivery Charges

Local delivery is offered at select At Home stores and the delivery charge depends on the size of the ordered items. The delivery charge for small items is $10, while the delivery charges for medium and large items are $49 and $99, respectively.
