Shipping Options
Bemz ships orders to the USA and various international locations worldwide via DHL or DPD. Final deliveries are offered by local delivery service providers.
Shipping Durations and Charges
All Bemz products are sewn to order by hand in Europe to maintain high quality. Therefore, orders ship within 3 to 5 weeks once placed. Once an order ships, the customer will receive an order confirmation email with the order tracking details from Bemz and/or DHL or DPD.
The shipping charge for an order is calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total order value and the shipping destination for that order.
While orders up to $800 import free of duties and taxes, orders over $800 incur customs, duties, brokerage, and/or handling charges depending on the local authorities and customs laws. Such additional charges are not listed at checkout, and customers are solely responsible for the payment of any such charge where and when applicable.
The Standard shipping charges for orders shipping to the USA and Canada are a flat rate of 20 USD and 20 CAD, respectively.
Shipping Destinations
Bemz ships orders worldwide to select countries, including Australia, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, the UAE, the UK, and the USA, among many others.
However, the company’s delivery partners, DHL and DPD, deliver only to physical addresses. Thus, Bemz cannot deliver orders to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
