Biossance delivers orders with Free USPS, FedEx 2-day, and FedEx Overnight options.
Orders shipped with Free USPS shipping are processed within 3 to 5 business days and take 4 to 7 business days to get delivered after shipping confirmation within continental U.S. and 14 to 20 days to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Orders shipped with FedEx 2-day shipping are processed within 1 to 2 business days and take 2 business days to get delivered after shipping confirmation within the continental U.S. and 3 business days to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are not processed during weekends.
Expected fulfillment for orders shipped with FedEx overnight shipping is 1 business day and orders are delivered within 1 business day after shipping confirmation to the continental U.S. and 3 business days to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are not processed during weekends.

How do I redeem my Biossance promo code?
On the cart page, review the items you have added before you proceed to checkout. As you click “Proceed to Checkout”, you land on the checkout page.
On the checkout page, you will see a “Promotion code” box with an “Apply” button beside it. You can apply only one code per order.
Enter your code in the box and click the “Apply” button to redeem.
As the order total is adjusted, fill up the required fields, and place your order.
What should be done when my Biossance promo code is not working?
- Your code may have become invalid on account of expiry. Expired codes cannot be applied to any order.
- Make sure you are using your code on the correct items as per the terms and conditions.
- You cannot use more than one code per Biossance’s order.
- Don’t forget to click the “Apply” button to redeem your code at checkout.
- Unless you add a code properly without typing errors, it won’t work.
