Staples delivers orders to homes and offices across the contiguous US via Ground, Express, and Expedited shipping methods. Customers can also have their orders delivered to one of the company’s retail stores from where they can pick-up later.
Shipping Duration and Charges
Place an order to get an estimated delivery date based on the delivery location, items ordered, shipping method, and carrier’s shipping practices.
Estimated delivery dates will be provided after your order is placed. These dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, and the items you order.
It takes 4 business days for processing and shipping of orders. Processing and shipping of promotional product orders may take an average of 10 business days.
The shipping charge is applied once per order and covers all items in an order.

Staples ships orders only to street addresses within the contiguous US. The company does not ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Furthermore, Staples does not bill or ship to international addresses.

Staples offers free Ground shipping on all orders of $49.99 or more.
Eligible orders of $49.99 or more, Business Rewards Plus members’ orders of $25 or more, orders placed on the in-store kiosk, and orders placed through Staples’ Auto Restock program are eligible for free next-day delivery. Orders of only eligible items placed by 5 pm local time, excluding weekends and holidays, qualify for free next-day delivery.

How do I redeem a Staples coupon or promo code?
To redeem a Staples coupon or promo code, visit the Staples Print & Marketing services website, select the items you want to order, and click ‘Create’. Customize your order and click ‘Continue’. Review your order, make any changes if necessary, and click ‘Continue’ again.
Next, choose from the available shipping options, select quantity, and click ‘Add to Cart’. On the cart page, you will find the ‘Coupon Code’ box in the Order Summary section on the right side of the page. Enter your coupon or promo code in the box and click ‘Apply’. Once the code has been applied successfully, click ‘Secure Checkout’.
What should I do if my promo code is not working?
- Check the validity period of the code to make sure it is valid at the time of application. Expired codes are deemed invalid and will not be applied.
- Remove spelling and typing mistakes, including letter case errors and spaces in the code box. Codes are case-sensitive and do not contain any spaces.
- Make sure that all items in your order meet the terms and conditions of the coupon or promo code.
