DrJart.com ships to most places within the United States including U.S. Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii. Most orders are deliverable to the physical street addresses. If you wish to deliver to the PO Boxes including the APO/FPO/DPO address, you need to check the eligibility of the delivery. Expedited shipping services are not available for PO Box shipping and Alaska, Hawaii, and Territories-bound shipments.

How to redeem a Dr. Jart promo or offer code?
To redeem a promo code on DrJart.com, simply choose the product you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping bag by clicking the “ADD TO CART” button.
Once the product is added to your cart, click on the “CHECKOUT” button displayed on the screen and you’ll be navigated to the shopping cart page.
Enter your promo code on the shopping bag page as indicated in the screenshot above.
Hit the “APPLY” button to redeem the code.
If the code is valid, your subtotal would be updated accordingly, and voila! You’re ready to place the order at a discounted price.
If my Dr. Jart promo/offer code doesn’t work, what should I do?
- Double-check the discount code and enter the right code without any spelling mistakes.
- Ensure the promotional code you have entered is still valid and is not expired.
- Check the terms and conditions of the code to know the criteria to redeem it.
- Only one coupon is allowed per order, so you cannot redeem multiple coupons for a single order.
- You cannot apply the same promotional code twice to get discounts. These codes are for one-time use only.
