Shipping is free across the continental United States if you’re a subscription member. Express shipping is available at a cost of $14.95 within the lower 48 states. Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available when you agree to pay $6.99 per order.
Shipping Destinations and Timeline
Ellie.com ships to the 48 lower states as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping to the PO Boxes in the continental United States is not available. All Standard ground shipping takes 6 to 9 days to ship if the destination is within the United States.

How could I redeem an Ellie discount code?
You have to select a product first and add it to your shopping cart.
Ensure you have chosen the right specification such as items, sizes, plans, etc to take the product to the shopping cart. Click the “ADD TO CART” button once specifications are selected to add the product to your shopping cart.
You will be redirected to the shopping cart page if the product is added to your cart successfully.
Review your product and click the “CHECKOUT” button to proceed to checkout.
On the checkout page, you will find an option called “Have a discount code? Enter it here>” as shown in the screenshot above.
Click on it and enter your code. Click or tap the “OK” button to redeem the code.
Why is my Ellie discount code not working?
Your Troy Bilt promo code doesn’t work due to multiple reasons:
- Check the spelling of the discount code you’re using. There could be a spelling mistake while typing the code into the promo code box.
- Check the expiry date of the discount code. Your promo code could already be expired and it’s not going to get redeemed. Try an active promo code instead.
