EM Cosmetics ships domestically within the continental United States and internationally as well. The company delivers all orders through DHL. EM Cosmetics is responsible for orders until they leave its warehouse facility only. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely. International shipping is available to most countries across the globe.

How to redeem an EM Cosmetics discount code?
Select a product and add it to your shopping bag. You can click the “ADD TO BAG“ button to do so.
If the product is successfully added to your shopping cart, you will be automatically redirected to the shopping bag page.
Next, review your order and click the CHECKOUT button. This will take you to the checkout page.
When you’re on the checkout page, enter your discount page into the field as indicated in the screenshot above with an arrow.
Click the “Apply” button to redeem the code.
Why is my EM Cosmetics discount or promo code not working?
- Double-check the discount code and enter the right code without any spelling mistakes.
- Ensure the promotional code you have entered is still valid and is not expired.
- EM Cosmetics does not honor discount codes on sets and merchandise items. Check the terms and conditions of the code to know the criteria to redeem it.
- Discounts can not be used in conjunction with any other offer i.e. Only one coupon is allowed per order, so you cannot redeem multiple coupons for a single order.
- You cannot apply the same promotional code twice to get discounts. These codes are for one-time use only.
