FansEdge Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
FansEdge ships all orders via FedEx, LaserShip, International Bridge, and OnTrac shipments within the United States. Both Standard and Expedited shipping options are available for domestic US-bound orders. Expedited or faster delivery is not available for orders to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses. The majority of FansEdge orders are shipped from its shipping facilities located in Jacksonville, Florida, and Frazeysburg, Ohio. However, some items may ship directly from the company’s manufacturers.

Shipping prices are determined by the shipping location, the shipping method selected at checkout, as well as the type of item(s) ordered. Shipping to PO Boxes, military addresses, and US Territories may take longer. See the chart below for more information:

How can I redeem a coupon code on FansEdge’s website?
All you need to do is select a product, go to the product page, and the “ADD TO CART” button to add it to your shopping cart. You will be automatically redirected to the Shopping Cart page and there you will find the coupon field as shown in the screenshot below.
Now, type your coupon code to the field labeled as “Have a Coupon” and click the “APPLY” button to redeem. If the promo code you have entered is valid the subtotal will be updated right away.
Why is my coupon code not working?
- First, you need to check the validity of your coupon code. Invalid or incorrect coupons will not be redeemed.
- All promo, coupon, and discount codes are subject to expiry. You can check the expired date of the code you have entered and see whether it’s already expired.
- You cannot enter the same coupon code twice to place an order. Use one coupon code only once to avail of the discount. Two coupons are also not allowed at one go.
- Coupon codes are generally case-sensitive. So, type correctly while typing.
- Remove the redundant spaces between letters or words of the coupon code.
- If your item is excluded from FansEdge promotions, you will not see a discount for this item at checkout.
