Shipping Charges
FOCO shows the shipping charges applicable to your order during the checkout process. You add your shipping address and proceed to see the shipping options available at your location and the charges associated with them.
Shipping Destination
Orders are shipped to the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. FOCO does not ship orders outside North America. However, shipping is offered in several other countries.
FOCO doesn't ship orders to P.O. boxes, and US territories, including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan, Midway Islands, American Samoa, and the Federated States of Micronesia.

Check your order on the shopping cart page and review the items before you checkout. As you click “Checkout”, you are redirected to the checkout page.
On the checkout page, you get a” Gift card or discount code” box with an “Apply” button beside it.
Enter your coupon code or promo code in the box and click the “Apply” button to redeem your code.
As soon as your order total is adjusted, proceed to enter your delivery details, and payment information to complete your order.
What should be done when my FOCO promo code is not working?
- The items you have added may not meet the terms and conditions of the code that you are using.
- It is also possible that you might have entered an incorrect code. Check for any clerical error and rectify.
