FreshDirect Delivery Policy
Delivery Options
FreshDirect offers different delivery options depending on the delivery location. While FreshDirect accepts orders up to a week in advance, the company offers next-day and same-day delivery services in select locations.
Express delivery is available to select locations in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Washington, DC, and certain areas of Queens.
The minimum order total required to qualify for delivery is $30, excluding taxes and delivery charges.
Delivery Durations and Charges
Standard deliveries may take up to 7 business days depending on the location, whereas next-day orders are delivered by the end of the next day.
While same-day orders placed in the morning are delivered on the same evening within a 2-hour time slot, Express orders are delivered within a one-hour window after the order is placed.

How do I redeem a FreshDirect coupon or promo code?
To redeem a FreshDirect coupon or promo code, go to the company’s website and add items to your cart. Once you have finished adding items to your order, click on the shopping cart icon on the top right corner and click ‘Checkout’.
On the checkout page, scroll down till you locate the promo code and Gift Card redemption fields under the “Most Popular Items” section. Enter your coupon or promo code in the “Have a promotional code?” box and click ‘apply’ to redeem your code.
