GotPrint Delivery Policy
Shipping Method and Time
GotPrint ships to all valid US shipping addresses and a signature is required upon delivery. Shipping time is separate from the production time and customers are notified via email once the orders are printed and ready to be shipped. You can choose any shipping method from Economy, Standard, Express, and Next-Day according to your convenience.
Shipping Cost
Orders can only be printed and shipped once the payment is finalized. You can check your shipping costs at checkout when you are ready to place the order. International customers need to select the country they would like their package to be delivered, to know the exact shipping cost. For other taxes, GotPrint pays for all import taxes that may be levied by customs.

How can I redeem my GotPrint discount code?
To redeem a GotPrint discount code, first, visit the site and submit your requirement by choosing all the templates and finalizing the graphical design.
Once you are done with all the designing part, add the item to the cart and proceed it to checkout.
On the shopping cart page, see your order review and click “Secure Checkout”. You can see the promo code field labeled “Redeem promo code”, once you are through to the Payment page to finalize the payment. Type the valid promotional code as received to apply.
Why is my GotPrint discount code not working?
- Check whether your order meets all the terms and conditions of the promotional code. Some items may not be qualified for a promo code. Check the eligibility of the items accordingly if you want to redeem your promo code.
- Promo Codes may sometimes be only used if the order qualifies the minimum order value. Ensure that your order exceeds or equals the minimum value.
- Ensure you have not used the promo code previously on any order as most promo codes can be used only once.
- Check the validity of the promo code and ensure that it is not expired. Expired codes will not be applied and cannot be redeemed further.
- Codes are case-sensitive and do not work if there is any typing error. Rectify the letter case or remove any unnecessary space, if entered incorrectly in the promo code, and ensure the code is entered exactly as you see.
