Shipping Options

Graze offers Standard delivery via Royal Mail and Premium delivery via APC within the UK.

The Premium delivery service is not available to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands.

Shipping Durations

The estimated delivery duration is 3 to 7 business days for Standard orders and 1 to 3 business days for Premium orders. Premium orders placed after 2 pm or over the weekend will ship on the following business day.

Shipping Charges

While the delivery charge for subscription boxes is included in the subscription price, the Standard delivery charge is £2.99 for online orders under £25 and the Premium delivery charge is £5.80 for most mainland addresses.

The applicable shipping charge for an order will be calculated and listed at checkout based on the shipping address and the selected shipping method for that order.

Shipping Destinations

Graze currently delivers orders to select locations within the UK and cannot deliver orders to the USA. The online store delivers orders to Germany, the Netherlands, and the Republic of Ireland from the respective websites of those countries.

Free Shipping

Graze offers free Standard shipping on orders over £25 and free Premium shipping on orders over £40 to select areas within the UK.

How do I redeem a Graze coupon or promo code?

To redeem a Graze coupon or promo code, go to the online store and select the item(s) you want to buy. Customize your order and add the item(s) to the shopping cart. Once you are ready to order, click the shopping bag icon on the top right corner of the page and proceed to checkout.
