Shipping Options
By default, Havenly ships most orders via Standard shipping to keep the shipping cost low. Customers can request to upgrade the shipping services for their orders at checkout for appropriate extra charges.
Some large products such as beds, sofas, chairs, and tables, among other furniture items will ship via an in-home or upgraded delivery service. Upgrade shipping services deliver items into the customer’s room of choice and may include light assembly, packaging disposal, and setup.
Select Havenly sellers provide an in-store pick-up option for a limited range of items. You can input any relevant delivery requests for in-store pick-up in an optional box at checkout.
Shipping Durations and Charges
The estimated delivery durations depend on the ordered items, the shipping carrier, and the shipping destination for that order. ETA information is available on the bottom right side of any product page and can be accessed by clicking on the “Shipping & Return Info” option.
The order confirmation email sent to a customer will also contain individual ETAs for the ordered items. You can also find an estimated delivery duration for your order at checkout.
The shipping charge for an order is displayed at checkout under the order summary depending on the ordered items, the shipping method, and the shipping address for that order. Upgraded shipping services will cost an additional $99 to $199 depending on the level of additional services provided during delivery.
Shipping Destinations
Havenly ships products within the USA, excluding APO/FPO addresses. Due to the size and weight restrictions of APO/FPO boxes, the company, unfortunately, cannot ship its products to APO/FPO addresses.

How do I redeem a Havenly promo code?
On the cart page, click the “Add Here” button beside “Got a Promo Code?” under the order summary on the right side of the web page. Select “Item Promo” or “Shipping Promo” depending on the promotional offer and enter your coupon or promo code in the “Promo Code” box. Select the source of the code and click “Apply” to redeem the code.
Once the code is successfully redeemed, you can proceed to the checkout to place your order.
Why is my promo code not working?
Read the terms and conditions of the promo code to ensure that your order qualifies for the promotion. All the items in your order should also qualify for the promotional offer for the promo code to work successfully.
