Hero Cosmetics offers Free Domestic Standard Shipping within the lower 48 states for orders more than $35.
Shipping Options
Hero Cosmetics offers domestic US as well as international shipping to various international destinations. All international orders are subject to import tax, custom duties, and any fees levied by the destination country. International orders are not guaranteed to reach the exact same date as mentioned at checkout. Customers will typically receive an email with tracking information once the package is shipped successfully.
Shipping Timeline
All Hero Cosmetics orders take 2 to 3 business to be processed before leaving the warehouse for shipment. Hero Cosmetics only ships on business days (Monday to Friday). If you place your orders on the weekend, your order will be processed next Monday.
Us customers who ordered through Standard Domestic Shipping, need to wait for at least 4 to 7 business days to receive their orders after shipment. For international orders, packages will reach the destination country within 10 to 20 business days or it may take longer than that.
