Shipping Destinations
JanSport ships to most US addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses of APO, FPO, and DPO. JanSport doesn’t ship to US Territories, including American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Shipping to P.O. boxes is not available.
Shipping Methods
All JanSport orders are shipped and delivered via Standard, 3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight services. Orders shipped via Standard Delivery are delivered 4-6 shipping days after it is shipped. Most orders to AK and HI via 2-day service. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number(s) and estimated delivery date.
Free Shipping
JanSport offers Free Shipping on orders over $27 for US customers only. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping promotion. See at checkout whether your selected items are available for the Free Shipping offer.

How to redeem a JanSport promo code?
To add a product, simply navigate to JanSport.com, choose your product, and click on the “ADD TO CART” button to add your product to the Shopping Cart.
Once the merchandise is successfully added, a pop-up menu will appear from the top right corner of the screen. Click the “CHECKOUT” button to go through to the Shopping Cart page.
On the Shopping Cart page, you can find the designated field to apply promo code, labeled “Apply A Promo Code” as shown in the screenshot above. Click on it to expand and enter your promo code. You can either paste the code into the box or type it manually, then click the “APPLY” button to redeem the code successfully.
Once the code is applied, follow the instructions and enter the necessary details to place your order.
Why is my promo code not working?
- As all promo codes are subject to expiry, check whether the promo code is still valid and not expired yet.
- Usually, promo codes have certain terms and conditions to abide by. Check if your cart value or included products qualify for the promotion you want to grab.
- Your cart total may need to exceed or equal to a certain amount to qualify for the promotion.
- Check if the code is already used or not.
- Verify that you entered the promotion code number exactly as shown, without spaces. If problems persist, please refer to the terms and conditions associated with the promotion code.
- The promo code you have entered could be case-sensitive. Type accordingly.
- Remove the redundant spaces if there are any.
