Kaplan Test Prep Shipping Policy
While Kaplan offers most course books as ebook format for online reading, there are physical books as well that can be shipped to US addresses across the 48 contiguous states and internationally.
Shipping Options
Kaplan ships through Standard and Express shipping methods. Most standard shipments are delivered via UPS Ground, while APO and other military base addresses are shipped via USPS. Kaplan doesn’t ship to PO Box addresses. You can track your shipment and download your ebook from your Account Management Page.

How can I redeem a promo code of Kaplan?
Once the course is successfully added to your shopping cart, you will automatically be redirected to the Checkout page where you can find the section called “Apply Promo” beneath the order summary. Manually type or paste your promo code there and click the white "Apply" button next to it to submit the code to redeem (as shown in the screenshot above).
Why is my promo code not working?
- Check whether the promo code is expired or not. Usually, promotional codes remain active for a limited period.
- Promo codes are usually applicable for selected purchases. So, using it for items that are excluded from the promotional offer may not let you proceed further. Hence, Check the products on your cart once again.
- Check for possible spelling mistakes or case-sensitive words.
- Remove unnecessary spaces between two letters.
