Kendra Scott Shipping Policy
Orders made from Monday to Friday with Ground Shipping will undergo processing and shipping within one to two business days after obtaining credit card authorization. Orders placed on weekends will commence processing on the following business day. Once the order has been shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking information. If Next-Day or Two-Day shipping methods are selected and the order is placed before 12 PM CST, it will be shipped on the same business day. However, orders placed after 12 PM CST or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. The shipping carrier used is United Parcel Service (UPS) and delivery time frames are estimated and not guaranteed.
