Kerastase ships to the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands. Shipping to PO Box addresses is also available. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Virgin Islands are shipped through US Postal Service Priority Mail.
Free Shipping
If you’re a member of the Kérastase Loyalty Club, shipping is free when you order $100 or more.
Shipping Time Frame
All orders are processed and shipped in 1 to 4 days. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Virgin Islands take 10 to 12 business days. Kerastase doesn’t deliver Saturday or Sunday.

How to redeem a Kerastase promo code?
If the product is added successfully to your bag, you can see the popup window cited “Added To Your Bag”.
Click the “GO TO MY BAG” button to proceed to the Shopping Bag page.
Just look for the option called “Promo Code” when you reach the shopping bag page and enter your code.
Hit the “APPLY” button to redeem.
Why is my Kerastase promo code not working?
- Ensure the promo code you have entered is the right one without any spelling errors.
