Can I view and download my documents online at Legalzoom?

Some documents are available to view and download online. If you have used Leaglzoom’s services to create an estate planning document (the last will, a living trust, etc.), you will have online access to the primary document, signing instructions, and guides. 

If you have formed an LLC or corporation, you will have access to the articles, the bylaws/operating agreement, and signing instructions. 

To download documents, sign into your account, go to the Completed Orders tab, then click the document name or order number. If the document is available online, you will see it on the right under Download Center.

How much time does Legalzoom take to send my order?

You can track the status of your order by signing into your Legalzoom account. Once you log in, check the ‘Completed Orders’ tab to see if it has been shipped to your address, or made available online. If it has not yet, check the Open Orders tab. On the order, you will see more info on its current status.

How much does it cost to form a business with Legalzoom?

It depends on the business structure you want, the package you choose, and the state where you are from (state filing fees can vary). Choose from the provided options to see the available packages and pricing details of LLC, Corporation, Nonprofit, and DBA (doing business as).

I forgot my password or want to change it for my account on Legalzoom. What do I do?

On the sign-in page of Legalzoom, click "Forgot password?" to enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive a link to reset your password. If you do not see the email, check your junk, or spam folder. Once you click the link in the email, you will be able to create a new password.
