You can cancel your order within 14 working days to receive a full refund. Providing you have not activated the kit, if you can cancel within 14 days you will receive a full refund including postage.

If you have activated the kit and you notify us of cancellation within this period, a 15% admin charge from the cost of your kit will be deducted. The refund due will be processed to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 working days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation. This does not apply if you placed your order with one of our partners.

Living DNA accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, and PayPal.

If you have had an unsuccessful sample, there are a couple of things that might have happened. The sample collection process is an important step, and swabbing incorrectly is what causes most failed samples.

You have two options. You can either:

1. Give the test another go. You will be sent a new kit free of charge.
2. If you decide you do not wish to try again, you can be provided with a refund less handling and shipping costs (25%).

If your second test fails you will again have 2 choices. You can either:

1. Give the test another go. A new kit free of charge will be sent to you.
2. If you decide you do not wish to try again, you can be provided with a refund less handling and shipping costs (50%).

After 3 rounds of testing, Living DNA is unable to provide any further tests or refunds.

If your third test is not successful, you will not be entitled to a refund, and you will not be permitted to take any further DNA tests through Living DNA.

Please make sure you get back to the company quickly if your test does fail.  All testing must be completed within one year of your first sample arriving at the lab.
