Shipping Destinations
LOLA only ships within the contiguous United States. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands, no shipping service is available for you.
Shipping Methods
LOLA.com uses DHL eCommerce to ship out all ordered products and USPS for the final delivery to your doorstep. Expedited shipments are delivered through USPS only.
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is free with orders of $25 or more — otherwise, standard shipping is $5 per order. If you need expedited shipping, we offer 3-day shipping for $10.
Delivery Time
Free standard shipping orders are shipped within 1-2 business days with an estimated delivery timeline of 7-10 business days. An additional $10 is required for the expedited shipping service. Expedited orders arrive within 3-5 business days.

How to redeem a LOLA discount code?
A sliding pop-up window will appear from the right-hand side of your device’s screen. Click the “Checkout” button to continue.
On the checkout page, you can find an option citing “HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE? ENTER IT HERE>” right below the order summary section. Click on it and enter your discount code.
Hit the “OK” button to redeem the code. Discounts will be adjusted accordingly.
Why is my LOLA discount code not working?
- Double-check the discount code and enter the right code without any spelling mistakes.
- Ensure the promotional code you have entered is still valid and is not expired.
- Check the terms and conditions of the code to know the criteria to redeem it.
- Only one coupon is allowed per order, so you cannot redeem multiple coupons for a single order.
- You cannot apply the same promotional code twice to get discounts. These codes are for one-time use only.
