How to redeem a Match.com coupon or promo code?
To use a Match.com coupon or promo code, you must first create an account on the site. Create a free account with personal details such as name, email address, and password, among others. Once you are logged in, click ‘Subscribe’ just beside your profile icon on the top blue banner of the website.
Next, choose from either Standard or Premium subscription plans. Match.com offers 3, 6, or 12 months subscription plans. Select a subscription plan according to your needs and the benefits listed on the page. Before clicking ‘Continue’, locate the “Have a promo code?” option on the right of the page at the end of the “Billing – Continuous Service” disclaimer.
Click the “Have a promo code?” link and a new window will open with the words “Please enter your promo code” written over a box. Enter your coupon or promo code in the box and click ‘Continue’. Wait for the success message and then continue with your order.
What should I do if I get an error message after applying my promo code?
- Check the expiry date of the promo code to make sure that it was valid at the time of application. You cannot redeem expired promo codes.
- Identify and correct any typing or spelling mistakes in the promo code. Look for extra spaces in the code and wrong letter cases as promo codes are case-sensitive.
