Shipping Options

Nebraska Furniture Mart offers various shipping options based on the items in an order and the delivery location. The delivery options include UPS, In-Home, Next-Day, Same-Day, and Factory-Direct delivery. The store also offers in-store pickup services

Same-Day deliveries are available only for in-stock items and in Kansas City, Omaha, and Dallas/Fort Worth metro areas.

The shipping option for an order is determined based on the item(s) in the order and the shipping destination. The available shipping or delivery options available for an order will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Duration and Charges

For Same-Day delivery, orders of large items must be placed by 5 pm CST and orders of small items must be placed between 11 am to 5 pm. Most Same-Day orders placed before the cut-off time are delivered within 2 hours of order placement.

Next-Day orders must be placed between 12 am and 9 pm for delivery by the next business day. Orders placed after 9 pm will take an additional business day to be delivered to the customers.

Factory-Direct orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days after order placement and are delivered by FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

The estimated delivery duration and the shipping charge for an order are determined as per the ordered items, the delivery location, and the available shipping options for that order. Both the estimated delivery time and the shipping charge for an order will be displayed at checkout.

NFM delivers orders to the 47 United States, excluding Alaska, California, and Hawaii. Currently, the store does not ship orders outside the USA.
