How do I redeem a Nespresso coupon or promo code?
You can sign in with an email id and password if you are a returning customer or create a Nespresso account if you are a new one. Next enter your name, delivery address, any special instructions and click ‘Save My Address’.
On the next page, you will see a Promo Code tab just above the Shipping Address tab. Enter your coupon or promo code in the box beside ‘Enter your promo code’ and click ‘Apply’. Once you see the discount or promotion reflected in your order total, choose a shipping option and click ‘Continue’. Complete all remaining steps to place your order.
What do I do if my coupon or promo code is not working?
- The code is valid and has not been used before on a previous order. Check the expiry date of the code to make sure it is valid.
- There should be no spaces in the code or typing errors such as wrong sentence cases.
- All items in your order must be eligible for the promotion or deal. Make sure an item in your order is not excluded from the offer.
- Ensure that your order meets the terms and conditions of the coupon or promotion as well as the minimum required order value if any.
