Penzeys Spice ships to all Contiguous US states including PO Box and APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories via Regular Ground, 2-Day Air, and Next-Day Air shipping services. Packages using Regular Ground Shipping may arrive by UPS (Ground or Surepost) or USPS Priority Mail, whereas Next-Day Air and 2-Day shipments will arrive by UPS.
Shipping Time and Rate
All orders need 2-3 to process and 3-5 days in transit in Regular Ground Shipping. All items in the basket with a total of $39.95 or more are eligible for free shipping. Rates for the Contiguous United States and APO/FPO Shipping are listed below:

How to redeem a Penzeys Spice coupon?
To redeem a Penzeys coupon, visit the website and choose the spices and other cooking ingredients you wish to buy. Make sure you add them to your shopping cart for checkout.
Once everything is added to your cart successfully, click on the “Checkout” button you can see on the extreme top right corner of any page to land on the shopping cart page.
On the Shopping Cart page, you will notice the coupon code field right below the “Item Total” column as shown on the screenshot above. Type the valid coupon code in the box and click “Apply Code” to redeem.
Why is my coupon code not working?
- Check the terms and conditions of the coupon code and make sure that you are not violating any terms and conditions of the coupon code. Any violation of the terms and conditions will automatically make the coupon code invalid.
- Check whether your coupon code is written exactly as you see. The coupon code must not have any unnecessary spaces or letter case issues.
- Coupon codes may have already expired. Expired codes are deemed invalid and can no longer be applied.
- Unless otherwise mentioned, coupon codes can be used only once per order. Ensure you have not applied the promo code on any previous order already.
- Check whether you have applied any other coupon code to your order, and ensure there is no such thumb rule whereby two or more coupon codes cannot be combined.
- Sometimes coupon codes can be applied only when your order qualifies for the minimum order total. Ensure your order total qualifies the minimum value and the items are also eligible for the coupon or promo code.
