Pet Supplies Plus Delivery Policy
Delivery Options
Pet Supplies Plus has partnered with local delivery service providers and delivers orders within a range of 7 driving miles from the store selected by the customer while shopping online. Only select stores currently offer delivery. In certain cases, a team member from the local Pet Supplies Plus store may deliver an order.
However, orders must be worth $35 or more, after application of discounts and/or promotions, to qualify for home delivery. You can see during shopping whether the item(s) you need can be delivered. If not, you can choose either free store or curbside pickup.
Delivery Duration
Orders placed by 1 pm are delivered between 3 pm and 8 pm on the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm are delivered between 3 pm and 8 pm on the next day. The estimated delivery time for an order will be displayed at checkout. The confirmation email received by a customer after an order is placed also contains the estimated delivery time for that order.
The estimated delivery times are for most orders and are subject to change depending on the item(s) and delivery locations.
Delivery Charges
Pet Supplies Plus offers free delivery for orders of $35 or more after the application of discounts. Orders less than $35 cannot be delivered currently.
Delivery Destinations
Pet Supplies Plus delivers within 7 driving miles of the store from which an order has been placed online.
Delivery Restrictions
Live animals, bulk items, and refrigerated or frozen products cannot be delivered. Select products that are available only in-store may be found at a local Pet Supplies Plus store.
Free Delivery
Delivery is free for all orders of $35 or more after discounts are applied.
