PetFlow Shipping Policy
Shipping Destinations
PetFlow ships to the lower 48 states only from one of the two warehouses, in Cranbury, NJ or Las Vegas, NV. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is not available, this includes orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPOs. PetFlow doesn’t ship to international destinations as well.
Delivery Time
In most cases, non-prescription food orders will arrive 2-3 days after you place your order. Prescription orders typically take 2 days for verification and another 2-3 for delivery.
Shipping Charges
For orders over $49, shipping is Free. For all other orders, PetFlow charges a flat $5.95 shipping fee.

How to redeem a PetFlow promo code?
Choose your product and click the “Add to Cart” button to add the product to your shopping cart.
Once you have added the item(s)you would like to purchase to your cart, click the “Proceed to Checkout” option on your screen. This will take you to the checkout page.
Sign in to your PetFlow account or sign up for one and continue as a guest user.
On the checkout page, you should see the field called ”Apply a promo code” to enter a promotional code as shown in the screenshot above.
Enter your code into the box and click the “Apply” option to redeem the code.
Why is my PetFlow promo code not working?
Your PetFlow promo code may not work due to several reasons, below are some potential ones:
- You are using a promo code that is expired. An expired coupon won’t get redeemed. All promo codes are subject to expiry.
- The promo code you’re trying to redeem is not eligible for the products you’ve put in your shopping cart. The selected product may be coupon-excluded. Read the terms and conditions of the code you’re using.
- You’ve entered the wrong code or some typo happened when you were entering the code. Check the correct case order and spelling before applying the code.
