Shipping Options
Philips delivers within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico through Standard Ground Shipping only. Shipping to PO Boxes is not available. Philips mostly uses FedEx as the preferred shipping option where it takes almost 3 to 9 business days to deliver all orders. A tracking link is emailed to you once the product is dispatched.

How to redeem a Philips discount or any other promotional code?
Choose the specifications, if there are any, such as color, size, quantity, etc., and add them to the shopping cart by clicking the “add to cart” button.
Once you are ready to order, click the shopping cart icon on the top right corner of the web page. Click on the “Checkout” button to continue.
On the cart page, click on the “Discount Code?” option located right below the order total section. Enter your promotional code into the box as shown in the screenshot above
Click on the “Apply” option to redeem.
Once the code has been successfully applied to your order, proceed to the checkout to place your order.
My Philips voucher code is not working, what should I do?
- Check the expiry date of your voucher as most vouchers are subject to expiry.
- Some promotional codes may not be valid for certain product categories or already discounted products.
- You can only use one promotional code per order.
