Quill offers Standard, Expedited, Guaranteed 1-2 Day, Overnight Priority shipping options.
For large items like furniture, Quill offers Standard Tailgate, Driver Assisted, Full-Service and Set-up, and Future Ship Delivery options as well.
The delivery date is provided at checkout after the shipping address is entered.
Some items marked with a tick icon are guaranteed to be delivered within 2 business days, failing which the order price is refunded.
Shipping Charges
All orders are shipped for free without any minimum required order value within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. However, orders falling under the below categories include extra shipping charges:

How do I redeem a Quill promo code?
On the shopping cart page, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’. You must sign in or create an account to checkout.
At checkout, you will find the ‘Enter codes manually (one at a time)’ box.
Enter the code in the box and click ‘Apply’.
Once the code is applied, add the necessary details to continue and place the order.
Why is my Quill promo code not working?
- Ensure that your promo code is not expired as expired codes are automatically considered invalid and will not be applied further.
- Codes are case-sensitive. So, ensure that the lower and upper cases are correctly used in the promo code.
- Ensure there are no spaces between letters that are not required.
- Ensure there is no violation of the terms and conditions of the promo code, failing which your promo code will be deemed invalid.
- Check whether the order items are eligible for the promo code or not, as some items may be excluded.
