How do I use Redbox promo codes online or on the mobile app?
- Go to the Redbox website or mobile app.
- Add the disc(s) you want to buy or rent to your shopping cart.
- Go to your cart and click ‘Continue’. You will need to log in to your account or create a new one if you don’t have an account.
- Click ‘Apply Promo’ on the checkout page.
- Select the promo code you want to use or manually enter a code and click ‘ Apply Promo’.
- Finally, complete your reservation.
How do I use Redbox promo codes at a kiosk?
- Visit your nearby Redbox kiosk.
- Add the disc(s) you wish to buy or rent to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout.
- On the checkout page, touch the ‘Promo Code’ button.
- You can manually enter the promo code or select a promo code that you want to use and click ‘Apply Promo’.
What if the promo code I used is not working?
- There has been an error while typing the promo code. Uppercase or lowercase errors, mistaking certain numbers for alphabets or vice versa, and entering spaces are some of the common typing errors to check for. Make sure there is no space anywhere in the promo code.
- The code has expired. Check the expiry date of the promo code you used to ensure that it is still valid.
- You have already used the promo code before. A promo code cannot be used twice. Make sure you have not used the promo code before.
- Your order does not meet the promotional qualifications of the code. Promo codes often have certain conditions such as minimum purchase value, among others. Ensure that your order meets the minimum criteria necessary to use the promo code.
