Saatchi Art Shipping Policy
Saatchi Art ships to the United States as well internationally to various countries. Typically it takes 5 to 7 business days for domestic shipments, while for international shipping it takes 10 to 14 business days. However, all artworks are delivered from the artist him/herself, it depends on the artist to determine the delivery of your purchased artwork. All artworks are shipped via three methods: cardboard box, crate, or in a tube. If you purchase an open edition print, it will be printed and shipped by Saatchi Art's printers, located in the USA.
For international shipping, a global flat rate shipping cost is applied to all purchases to serve the international customers equally. There’s no separate cost for your shipping that you have to pay at checkout, instead, all the costs are consolidated there in the price of the artwork.

How to redeem a Saatchi Art promo or coupon code?
When you’re done selecting your artwork, click on it to enter the product page and click on the “Add to Cart” button to add the product to your shopping cart.
Once the product is added to your cart successfully, you’ll be automatically redirected to the shopping cart page.
On the shopping cart page, click on the “Enter Promotion Code” option to enter your promo/coupon code.
Click the “Apply” button to redeem the code.
You can now proceed to the checkout stage to complete the purchase at a discounted price.
Why is my Saatchi Art promo code not working?
In case your Saatchi Art promo code doesn’t work, try the following:
- Check the Saatchi Art promo code twice and enter the right code without any spelling mistakes.
- Ensure the promotional code you have entered is still valid and is not expired.
- Check the terms and conditions of the code to know the criteria to redeem it.
- Only one coupon is allowed per order, so you cannot redeem multiple coupons for a single order.
- You cannot apply the same promotional code twice to get discounts. These codes are for one-time use only.
