Can I shop with Scentbird even if I do not subscribe?

If you are not ready to commit to a subscription. As much as Scentbird would have loved to have you be part of its family, the company is happy to offer one-time purchases on select items.

Some items in its collection are exclusive to subscribers, so it is recommended that you join to enjoy the full perks of its subscription service.

How do Scentbird coupon codes work?

Coupon codes are applicable towards your first item as a new subscriber (discount value is applied to its standard subscription price of $16.95). Coupon codes are not eligible on gift cards, gift sets, gift subscriptions, or eCommerce purchases.

Use your coupon code at checkout by clicking ‘Have a coupon code?’, and entering the discount code.

Then click “Apply” to see your new total.

What methods of payment are accepted at Scentbird?

Scentbird accepts standard credit cards, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, and Amazon Pay.

Why is my Scentbird promo code not working?

Try the following if your Scentbird promo code does not work:

  • To continue applying the code, make sure that it is valid and has not expired. Expired codes are deemed invalid.
  • Verify that all the promo code terms and conditions are met. 
  • The use of a promotional code may not be possible on all items. 
  • It is possible that promo codes can be used only when an order qualifies for the purchase minimum. The minimum value for your order must be met or exceeded.
  • Most promo codes can only be used once, so make sure you have not used the code before.

How do I cancel my subscription?

All Scentbird’s subscription plans automatically renew (except for gift subscriptions). To avoid subscription renewal, be sure to cancel your subscription no later than one day before your scheduled billing date. Your billing date can be found either in your Scentbird profile. In the event your subscription is canceled after your scheduled billing date, your cancellation will ensure you are not billed again in the future.

To cancel your membership, please contact its customer experience team.

Please note that 3, 6, or 12-month subscription plans (with term commitment) cannot be canceled mid-term. If you wish to downgrade your plan back to a month-to-month plan or stop the automatic renewal of your multi-month plan, simply reach out to our Customer Experience team.
