Shipping Destination and Methods
Stila Cosmetics ships within the United States only. Orders are shipped to physical addresses or U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO). Consumers ordering from Stilacosmetics.com are eligible for Standard Ground and Priority shipping services based on their locations. Orders to U.S. military addresses have to be shipped through Standard Ground Shipping only.
Shipping Charges and Delivery Time
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will process on Monday or the next business day. Orders for Priority Shipping will be processed the same day or up to the next business day if received by 11:00 am Pacific time. See the chart below for more information.

How to redeem a Stila Cosmetics discount code?
Select your product, choose the color or shade to click the “ADD TO BAG” button.
When the sliding shopping cart menu appears from the right side corner of the page, click the “CHECKOUT” option to proceed. This will take you to the Checkout page.
Upon checking out, you will see a dedicated Discount Code field above your order subtotal.
Click the “Apply” button to redeem the discount code and add the shipping information to proceed to the next pages to complete the purchase.
Why is my Stila Cosmetics discount code not working?
- Check the code you’re redeeming as the code is expired or is still active. Usually, most discount codes are subject to expiry and beyond the expiry date, you can’t use them.
- Discount codes may not be used on every order. There could be some discount code-specific products as well and you can only use your discount code to buy them, not everything you see in the online store. Read the terms of the code to know in detail.
- Redeeming multiple discount codes is not allowed, so if you’ve entered multiple codes in the field, remove them and only redeem one at a time.
