Free Shipping
All orders above USD 100 enjoy free shipping all over the world to most countries. Free shipping here does not include any other charges that may be incurred by customs.
Shipping Options and Timeframe
STORETS ships contiguous US states in physical addresses only. However, the store does not ship orders to P.O. Box addresses, APO, and FPO areas. Only Standard Shipping service is available. All international shipments are dispatched through FedEx and DHL. Allow up to 3 - 5 business days for order processing before shipment.

How can I apply a STORETS discount or promo code at checkout?
Click on the product you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart.
Now, click on the little shopping bag icon you can see on the top-right corner of the page.
Click the CHECK OUT button to go to the checkout page.
Enter your discount code right into the field as shown in the screenshot above.
Click the “Apply” button to redeem.
Why is my STORETS promo code not working?
- For certain promotions, the discount code would only work for specific items under a specific category. Do read through the fine print for the promotion to understand how the code would work.
- A discount code expires once it is used. Check if the code you’re using is expired or not.
- Check the spelling of the code including spaces, underscores if applicable.
- If you get a message saying the code you entered is invalid, it could be due to various reasons including an unsuccessful payment. In this case, you can contact STORETS at [email protected] so that we can re-issue a valid code for your use.
