UpWest offers Standard, 2nd-Day, and Overnight shipping options for customers in the USA. CBD products can ship only via Standard shipping method.

Orders to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for Expedited shipping and will ship via Standard shipping method.

Shipping Durations and Charges     

The table below lists the estimated delivery duration and the shipping charges for the different shipping methods. Standard shipping is free for orders over $50.

Overnight and 2nd-Day orders must be placed by 2 pm EST for processing on the same business day and timely delivery. Business days refer to 8 am to 5 pm EST from Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends and holidays ship on the following business day.

Shipping Destinations

Currently, the online store ships orders within the USA only and cannot ship to Canada or other international locations.
