Shipping Options
Vistaprint ships orders via Standard and Priority shipping using a variety of shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is determined based on the item ordered, size/weight of the order, shipping address, and selected delivery speed.

Vistaprint Standard and Priority shipping charges are as follows:

Vistaprint Shipping Duration
Standard shipping takes 8 to 10 business days, while Priority shipping takes 4 to 6 business days. The estimated shipping times are inclusive of production time.
Shipping Destinations
Vistaprint offers international shipping to several countries, including Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands, Singapore, Spain, the UK, and more. For international shipping, additional delivery rates and shipping time will apply.
Currently, Vistaprint does not ship to APOs and MPOs.

How to redeem Vistaprint promo codes?
Click ‘Apply’ and a green message displays above the box to indicate the successful application of the code. Before checking out, ensure that the final price of your order reflects the offer of the promo code you have applied.
Are there any restrictions?
What to do if the promo code doesn’t work?
- Ensure you haven’t used a Promotional Products promo code at vistaprint.com.
- Check whether you have entered the promo code correctly. If you see the message, “The code you entered is invalid. Please verify the code and try again”, then make sure you have typed the code without errors. To avoid typing errors, copy and paste the promo code if possible.
- Ensure there is no space before, after, or within the promo code. If there is any space within, before, or after a code, the system will not recognize it.
- Promo codes are often alphanumerical. When entering a code manually, make sure that you are not mistaking an alphabet for a number or vice versa.
- Ensure the promo code has not expired. All codes have expiry dates beyond which they are deemed invalid.
- Review the terms and conditions. Many codes have minimum requirements and restrictions. Ensure that your order abides by all the requirements and limitations of the code you want to use.
How to redeem a Merchandise Credit?
- Place the items in your cart and proceed to checkout.
- On the Payment Information page, select the Vistaprint Credit check box that shows the amount of merchandise credit(s) available for your account.
- Click ‘Apply’. The screen will refresh and indicate that your Vistaprint credit has been applied to your order.
- Finally, complete the checkout process.
