Delivery Time and Charges
Delivery charges are computed at checkout depending on your delivery address and the nearby store location. You must choose some items and place them in the cart and proceed to check out to get an estimated cost of delivery.
While placing the order, you can choose the date of delivery or the time of pickup. Accordingly, your order will be delivered or must be picked at the booked slot. You can also schedule a pickup or delivery at a future date as per the availability.

How can I apply Wendy’s offers on my order?
To apply Wendy’s offers on your order, you must visit Wendy’s website. Click the ‘Order Pickup’ or ‘Order Delivery’ option. You will land on a page where you must enter your address or zip code.
You will get a list of stores in your area. Choose the store and click ‘Order Here’. Choose from the menu and add items to the bag.
Sign in or create an account at Wendy’s. Once you have signed in, click the ‘Account’ option with your name below on top. Click ‘Offers’. Select the desired offer you want to apply to your order and click the bag icon on the top right corner.
On the shopping bag page, click ‘Checkout’. Choose the time and proceed to add a payment method to place your order.

Why is my Wendy’s offer not working?
- Check whether the offer is still valid as offers may not be applied if they have expired and cannot be redeemed further.
