XCVI Shipping Policy

Shipping Options

XCVI ships all US orders via UPS or USPS from its main warehouse in Los Angeles, California within 1 to 3 business days of ordering. For international orders, XCVI ships via USPS Priority Mail International.

Shipping Durations and Charges

Orders placed by 12 pm PST Monday through Friday ship on the same business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. The company does not ship orders on weekends or holidays.

The estimated delivery duration and the shipping charge for an order will be calculated and listed at checkout depending on the available shipping options and the shipping destination for that order.

Standard shipping via USPS is free within the USA on eligible orders over a qualifying amount. The qualifying amount for free shipping will be listed under each product or on the cart page during checkout. Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will incur a flat $9 charge for Standard shipping.

How do I redeem an XCVI coupon or promo code?

To redeem an XCVI coupon or promo code, visit the online store and select the item(s) you want to order. Select the order specifications and add the item(s) to the shopping cart. Once you are ready to order, click the cart option on the top right corner of the page and proceed to checkout.

On the checkout page, enter your coupon or promo code in the “Gift card or discount code” box as shown in the screenshot above and click “Apply” to redeem the code. Once your code has been successfully applied to your order, proceed with the checkout process to complete the purchase.
