ABCmouse FAQs
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel, go to your “My Account” panel from a computer or your mobile app located within the Parent Resources section. Select Cancellation and follow the on-screen instructions. Once you're done, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. Please keep this email for your records.
After you have canceled, the page should read “Your ABCmouse subscription has been canceled.” You will continue to have access to ABCmouse until the end of your current billing cycle but will not be charged moving forward.
If you are billed for ABCmouse through a third party, there may be different steps for canceling your subscription.
What are the payment options provided by ABCmouse?
Does ABCmouse offer a free trial?
In order to start your free trial, you will need to sign up first. ABCmouse does require payment details upfront, but you won’t be charged until the end of your trial period. Having this information on file helps create a seamless transition into a paid subscription if you choose to continue.
The length of your free trial period depends on the subscription that you’re signing up for. Trial lengths for our plans and add-ons are subject to change and do not reflect any special promotional offers. Please note that any add-on or promotional offer may be billed immediately, and the time will be added to your trial subscription.
Can it personalize our learning experience in another language like Spanish?
ABCmouse is proud to support English-language learners who are being introduced to new concepts in key subject areas. Parents and caregivers can work with their children to build a strong understanding of academic concepts in their native language as they develop their English vocabulary.
