Allswell Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods and Destinations
Allswell ships all orders through Ground, Expedited, and Express 2-Day shipping services from Monday through Friday only. Aside from 48 states, shipping Alaska and Hawaii are also available excluding APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipping Time Frame
It takes 1 to 2 business days to process your order. For ground shipping, it takes anywhere between 3-7 business days to arrive at your door. Orders ordered by 12 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will be sent the same day. If you order after 12 p.m. EST Monday through Friday, your order will be sent the next business day.
Shipping Charges
While Ground shipping is free on $35 per order, Orders under $35 in the contiguous U.S. states & DC have a $5.99 fee for shipping. Alaska and Hawaii-bound shipments charge $50 per order regardless of the order total. White Gloves delivery service is available on select locations subject to additional delivery charges. Any order containing at least one mattress in California is subject to a $25 delivery fee.

How to redeem an Allswell discount code?
Select your product, choose the color and size to click the “ADD TO CART” button.
When the sliding shopping cart menu appears from the right side corner of the page, click the “CHECKOUT” option to proceed. This will take you to the Checkout page.
On the checkout page, simply enter your code into the particular field dedicated to redeeming the discount code.
Click the “APPLY” button to redeem the discount code and add the shipping information to proceed to the next pages to complete the purchase.
Why is my Allswell discount code not working?
- Double-check the discount code and enter the right code without any spelling mistakes.
- Ensure the promotional code you have entered is still valid and is not expired.
- Check the terms and conditions of the code to know the criteria to redeem it.
- Only one coupon is allowed per order, so you cannot redeem multiple coupons for a single order.
- You cannot apply the same promotional code twice to get discounts. These codes are for one-time use only.
