Shipping Options
There are two standard shipping policies available for Ballard Designs to ship its smaller and bulky items. Bulky or oversized products are delivered through Truck Delivery services across the United States where you can choose whether you could opt for Threshold or In-Home delivery.
Expedited Shipping is available for select items for faster shipping and delivery services. Ballard Designs offers Next Business Day and Two Business Day express service. The company also ships to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands.
Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses
Ballard Designs ships to APO and FPO addresses. Just enter the exact shipping address during checkout. Shipments to these addresses may be subject to a longer ship time.

Shipping Charges
All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product before any discounts are applied. Orders under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value. Orders $200.01+ will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350. Shipping surcharges are applicable for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands.

How to redeem a Ballard Designs promo code?
To add a product, simply navigate to Ballard Designs official website, choose a product, and click on the “ADD TO CART” button to add your product to the Shopping Cart.
Once the product is successfully added, a pop-up will appear reading “The following items have been successfully added to your cart”.
Click the “CHECKOUT” button to go through to the Shopping Cart page.
On the Shopping Cart page, you can find the designated field to apply your promo code right below the “Order Summary” section as shown in the screenshot above.
Click on the promo code box and enter your promo code. You can either paste the code into the box or type it manually, then click the “APPLY” button to redeem the code successfully.
Once the code is applied, tap the “BEGIN SECURE CHECKOUT” option and follow the instructions to place your order.
Why is my promo code not working?
- The promotional code is already expired and no longer valid.
- Coupon offers are usually not valid on antiques, doorbusters, Stylish Steals, gift certificates, donations, or Last Call items. Check your cart and ensure the only eligible merchandise is there to redeem.
- You might have to try to redeem in outlet stores, as they are not valid there. Coupon codes are for online use only.
- Check if the code is already used or not. You can’t use them twice.
- Check if the promo code is correctly entered without any typographical error.
- The promo code you have entered could be case-sensitive. Type accordingly.
- Remove the redundant spaces if there are any.
Can I combine discounts or promo codes?
No, promo codes or discounts cannot be combined to place an order. Your discount will be reflected on your order total.
