BloomsyBox may exchange the bouquet or initiate a refund to fix it. It may take up to 24 hours to get back to you once you fill out a contact form.

BloomsyBox Delivery Policy
Standard Domestic Delivery
Your first BloomsyBox will be delivered on the date you selected upon checking out. Following your first shipment, your future shipments will arrive each month according to the delivery date of your first shipment. Bloomsybox delivers nationwide, including Alaska from Tuesday to Friday. Delivery to Puerto Rico and Hawaii is not available. BloomsyBox also doesn’t deliver to PO Boxes. After you receive a confirmation email from BloomsyBox, you have 24 hours to make changes such as the delivery date. Feel free to send your changes to [email protected]. No same-day delivery option is available.
Special FedEx Delivery
Special Delivery is available via FedEx when you create an account with FedEx and use the FedEx Delivery Manager. You can request delivery instructions and special delivery times. If you need to change the delivery date or address, please contact BloomsyBox before the 9th of the month, so the company can make any adjustments to your next delivery.

How can I redeem a discount or promo code on BloomsyBox.com?
Open the product page, choose your delivery date and click the “ADD TO CART” button.
A sliding navigation bar will open right away. Review your order and click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.
On the checkout page, you can see the discount promo code redemption option under the “Order Summary” section labeled “Have a discount code? Enter it here”. Click on it to expand.
Enter your promo code into the box and hit the “OK” button to redeem.
Why is my promo code not working?
- Check whether the offer is still valid as offers may not be applied if they have expired and cannot be redeemed further.
- Check whether your order meets all the terms and conditions of the offers.
- Some items may not be qualified for the offer. Check the eligibility and add items accordingly if you want to redeem the selected offer.
- Offers may sometimes be only applied if the order qualifies the minimum order value. Ensure that your order exceeds or equals the minimum value.
- Ensure you have not used any other offer as sometimes two or more offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
