Shipping Options
BoxLunch offers Standard, Expedited, Overnight, and International shipping options.
Standard shipping orders and all APO/FPO orders are shipped via USPS. A signature is required for Expedited shipping and shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Shipping Duration
- Standard – Standard shipping orders are delivered within 3 to 8 business days from Monday through Saturday.
- Expedited – Expedited deliveries arrive within 2 to 3 business days from Monday to Friday only. Expedited orders must be placed by 12 pm EST Monday through Friday to be shipped on the same day.
- Overnight – Overnight orders are delivered within 1 business day and must be placed by 12 pm EST Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after 12 pm EST on Friday are shipped on Monday.
- Alaska and Hawaii – Shipping to Alaska takes 16 to 18 business days, while it takes 12 to 15 business days for shipping to arrive in Hawaii. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only.
- Puerto Rico – Deliveries to Puerto Rico take 4 to 10 business days.
- APO/FPO Addresses – APO/FPO deliveries reach the address within 4 to 10 business days.
- Canada – Orders shipping to Canada are delivered within 6 to 10 business days.
- International – Shipping to international locations except Canada takes 10 to 20 business days to arrive.

How do I redeem a BoxLunch coupon or promo code?
To redeem a BoxLunch coupon or promo code, go to the website and select the items you want to purchase. Select quantity and shipping or pick-up, and click ‘Add To Bag’. After you have finished shopping, hover over the shopping bag icon on the top right corner of the page and either view/edit your cart or ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
On the checkout page, enter your shipping details, email address, and phone number and click ‘Continue to Billing’. In the billing section, locate the ‘Have a Promo Code’ option under Order Adjustments. Enter your coupon or promo code in the box and click ‘Apply’. Once the code has been successfully applied, you can continue with the next steps to place your order.
What should I do if my promo code is not working?
- Check the expiry date of the promo code and ensure that it was valid at the time of use.
- Correct any spelling or typing mistakes such as letter case errors and spaces within the code.
- Ensure that your order meets the terms and conditions of the promo code, including any minimum qualifying order value.
- Make sure all the items in your order are eligible for the promotion. Certain brands and items may be excluded from particular promotions or deals.
- Check whether you have already used the code on a previous order. Promo codes can be used only once unless mentioned otherwise.
