BoxyCharm Shipping Policy
BoxyCharm ships to all addresses within contiguous US states including PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping to US territories and Canada is also available on eligible orders. All orders are sent through FedEx, DHL, SmartPost, USPS, UPS, and Canada Post. Customers may enjoy more than one eligible shipping option to their location for expedited shipping.
Shipping Time
BoxyCharm ships within 15 days from the date of purchase, and may take up to 30 days to get the orders delivered to the destination. Shipping time depends on the shipping options you choose prior to placing an order. Customers receive the tracking mail within 15 days from the date of purchase. - Customers residing in the continental US can expect to receive their boxes within 20 days from billing.
- Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and all US territories can expect to receive their boxes within 30 days from billing.
- Customers residing in Canada and its territories can expect to receive their boxes within 30 days from billing.
Shipping Cost
The shipping may incur additional costs depending on the location of the customer and the shipping option they choose. Although monthly boxes don’t have any shipping charges to deliver, standard BoxyCharm boxes have a shipping cost of $5 per box. For Luxe, the shipping cost is $8 per box. For the customers of Canada, the shipping charges are the same as the US, excluding the foreign transaction fees, or duty and other customs clearing expenses.

How to redeem a BoxyCharm coupon code?
To redeem a BoxyCharm coupon code, you need to login into your BoxyCharm account and start shopping for your favorite products. Simply select the product you wish to buy, and add them to the Shopping Cart for checkout.
Once you are done with shopping, place your cursor on the Shopping Cart icon situated on the extreme top right corner of the homepage and click on it to enter. On the Shopping Cart page, you are able to see your order summary.
Scroll down the page and you will discover the coupon code field named “Enter coupon code”. You can enter your coupon code as received and click the “APPLY” button to apply. If your coupon code is valid, the subtotal will be updated accordingly and you can proceed with the normal checkout process.
Why is my coupon code not working?
- Check whether the promo code is expired or not. Usually, promotional codes remain active for a limited period.
- Promo codes are usually applicable for selected purchases. So, using it for items that are excluded from the promotional offer may not let you proceed further. Hence, Check the products on your cart once again.
- Check for possible spelling mistakes or case-sensitive words.
- Remove unnecessary spaces between two letters.
- You cannot apply the same coupon twice. so ensure your coupon code is applied only once.
- You cannot stack or combine multiple coupons in BoxyCharm.
