Shipping Options and Duration
CarParts.com offers Standard, Overnight, 2-Day, and Truck Freight shipping options.
- Standard – Orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
- Overnight – Orders arrive overnight at the given address.
- 2-Day – Orders arrive within 2 business days.
- Truck Freight – Orders are typically processed in 24 to 48 hours from the date of your order confirmation. Delivery takes 10 to 14 business days within the contiguous United States. This kind of delivery option is applicable with large parts such as bumpers, hoods, fenders, and so on, that generally require special attention.
Shipping Charges
The shipping cost is estimated based on the shipping method, delivery address, and order size. The shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

How do I apply a CarParts.com promo code?
Click on the cart icon to view the order summary and on the cart page, you will see an ‘Enter Coupon Code’ box under the ‘Order Summary’ section. Enter the code in the box and click ‘Apply’.
Once the code is applied, proceed to checkout. You can sign in, create an account, or continue as a guest. In case you skipped or missed entering the code on the cart page, you will get the option to add a code at checkout as well.
At checkout, you will see an ‘Apply a Coupon Code’ link. Click on it and a ’Coupon Code’ box appears. Enter the code in the box and click ‘Apply’.
Once applied, enter the other details as required and place your order.
What methods of payment does CarParts.com accept?
Why is my CarParts.com promo code not working?
- You must add items that are eligible for the promo code.
- Your order must meet the minimum value, if any, as per the terms of the promo code failing which the code is not applied.
