Delivery Duration and Charges
Delivery time depends on the store you have selected, its location, and your address. You must add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to get an estimate about the delivery duration. You can also schedule delivery later as per your choice.
The delivery fee or charge is calculated at checkout. You can place items in your cart and continue to checkout. At checkout, on the right side, you will get the estimated delivery fee below the subtotal.
Delivery Destination
The availability of restaurants depends on your delivery address. You need to select the location on the map or enter manually to find whether your area is serviceable or not. Caviar delivery is available in several regions within the United States.

Caviar FAQs
How can I apply a Caviar promo code to my order?
For applying a Caviar promo code, you must visit the Caviar website, select your location, and choose from the delivery and pick-up option. Once you have selected, choose the store you want to get your order delivered or picked up from.
Choose the food items, and add them to the shopping cart. Click the cart icon on the top right corner, and click ‘Checkout’. You must sign in or create an account to continue. At checkout, you can one more time confirm whether you want to pick up your order or want it to be delivered.
Once you are done, scroll down below to the ‘Payment’ section. Under ‘Payment’, you will see the ‘Add Promo Code’ link. Click on it, and a pop-up screen appears with an ‘Enter Promo Code’ box. Enter your code in the box, and click ‘Apply’.
Fill in the rest of the details and place your order with a promo code.
What methods of payment are accepted at Caviar?
Why cannot I use my Caviar promo code?
- Your code has expired. Check the expiry date of your code and ensure it is still valid as expired codes cannot be redeemed on any order.
- You are not typing the code correctly. Avoid any typing mistake, including additional spaces, wrong characters, and letter case issues.
- Your order may not be qualified for the promo code. Ensure your order meets the eligibility criteria to be qualified for the promo code.
- Some codes may not be combined. In such cases, ensure you have not used any other code to your order.
