DaySpring Shipping Policy
DaySpring ships from its distribution center located in Siloam Springs, AR from Monday to Friday. If you want your orders to be delivered on Saturday, you have to make a special request for that. Both Standard and Expedited shipping services are available within the United States. All expedited orders must be placed by 12:00 pm CST. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day with free shipping available on orders of $50 or more.

How to redeem a DaySpring promotional/discount code?
Choose a product you want to purchase.
Visit the product page and click on the “Add to Bag” button to add the product to your shopping cart.
Click on the shopping cart icon on the top-right corner of the page and a sliding navigation menu will appear from the right-hand side of the page. Click the “View Shopping Bag” option to visit the shopping cart page.
On the shopping cart page, you can see a field called “Apply a Promotion code” to add your promo code for the purchase.
Enter your promo/discount code and click the “Apply” button to redeem.
My DaySpring promo/discount code is not working, what should I do?
In case your DaySpring promo code doesn’t work, check the following:
- Always check the expiry date of the discount code and ensure it’s still active and is not expired. You cannot redeem an expired code.
- Check the terms and conditions of the code. Certain codes have unique terms and conditions to follow in order to redeem. You could also find products that cannot be purchased using the promo code you're trying to redeem.
- Check the spelling of the code and enter the right code only. Try avoiding typos, and the wrong case letters.
- Enter only one promotional code per order. You may have entered multiple ones. Remove other codes and go with the one with the best discount.
